What is it for?
it's a reusable substitute for parchment paper, on which you transfer the bread to the pot or baking stone; more golden bottom of the bread thanks to even distribution of heat; for round and oval loaves; savings - instead of constantly buying new parchment paper, you have one mat!); ecology - 1 mat instead of hundreds of meters of thrown away paper; The mat is made of LFGB Platinum Silicone (the highest German standard for testing safe food silicone).
This version comes with extended handles, making it convenient to insert and remove bread in any pot without burning yourself. The handles can be pressed against the pot.
