ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing it on the first working day. Processing time is up to 2 working days. We strive to shorten this period, and often, most shipments are sent the next day after the order is placed.
Upon receiving the package, please carefully check it with the courier or immediately after picking it up from the parcel locker. In case of suspected damage to the shipment or shortages in the package, please make a damage report (shipment number, date, type of damage, and courier's signature) before accepting the package. Only this report serves as the basis for initiating a complaint procedure with the courier company.

DELIVERY: TIME AND COST
For orders above 350 PLN/75 EUR, delivery is free of charge!
We are not responsible for incorrectly provided delivery addresses or for failure to collect the shipment within the appropriate time frame. In such cases, the postal service is obliged to return the shipments to the sender. The terms of storage of shipments are regulated by postal services. Please take this factor into account. If you do not receive the shipment for the above reasons, to receive the order, you will need to pay for delivery again.
Orders placed in the store are fulfilled through the following courier companies:
InPost (within Poland):
to parcel locker 15 PLN/3.7 EUR, delivery time 1-2 working days, free storage time in the parcel locker 2 days; to the address by courier 18 PLN/4.44 EUR, delivery time 1-2 working days.
Poczta Polska (international shipment to EU countries) 30 PLN/7 EUR, delivery time 8-14 days;
